This embroidered shirt is inspired by the motifs of the Yavoriv region (Lviv Oblast) from the early 20th century. During this period, a tradition of floral and bouquet motifs emerged in the region, executed in rich colours. Among the people, this style was also known as ‘Glorious Yavorivka’.
