Description

The floyara is a Ukrainian folk wooden wind instrument, a type of open-ended flute, common in the Hutsul region.

The vyshyvanka is made from 100% linen and ties at the neck. The design features motifs from the original patterns of embroiderer Hanna Plytka, the artist’s mother. It fastens with buttons at the cuffs. The design is based on original patterns by the embroiderer Hanna Plytka, mother of the artist Paraska Plytka-Horytsvit.
