Description

A traditional Vinnytsia skirt made of thick gray fabric with a bright red floral lining. The belt is hand-embroidered with milky waves reminiscent of the melancholic Black Sea coast. The waist is accentuated at the sides and adjusted with two rows of natural shell buttons.

Length: 90 cm. Best season: winter, spring, autumn.

Recreated from an ancient model originating in Podillia, Vinnytsia region, Sharhorod district, mid-20th century.
