These things are made in Ukraine in collaboration with embroidery artisans. These are women of retirement age, wives and mothers, grandmothers and aunts. They love to embroider and pour their souls into their work. To help bring these women into current social life and to highlight their work, I chose to incorporate their embroidery into these shopping bags.
