Book "Нерозказана історія українського виноробства"

The book «Нерозказана історія українського виноробства» will introduce us to Ukrainian grape varieties, the best vineyards and terroirs they grow in, traditional and new wine production techniques. This book will show you the people behind modern Ukrainian winemaking and uncover the stories of their journey to this special craft. These stories were collected during the expedition in the fall of 2022, when the Ukraїner team traveled together with the author of the book Serhii Klimov, the founder of Kyiv Food and Wine Festival (Brave Wine). Some wineries featured in the book are currently under Russian artillery fire or heavily destroyed.
