Book "Сила опору. Українці в радянських табора"

The book contains 25 biographical portraits of Ukrainians who served long prison terms in Soviet labor camps and prisons and managed to survive. These are not only dramatic personal stories of the suffering of victims of the communist regime, but also examples of resilience and dignity, of preserving humanity in the face of absolute evil. The heroes of this book are very different — ranging from Bandera supporters imprisoned in the 1940s to dissidents, the last of whom were released in 1991 before the restoration of Ukraine’s independence. Their fates are united by the struggle against an age-old enemy — the Moscow “empire of evil” — and for a single goal: to be free citizens of the Ukrainian state.
