Material: bronze

This ring is based on the design of Byzantine rings. We have added an image of the Trident, the family symbol of Grand Prince Yaroslav the Wise of Kyiv (983/987-1054).

He was a prominent figure in the history of Ukraine who developed libraries, monasteries, built cities and fortresses, codified legal norms, and so on. Many of his children were married to representatives of dynasties: Byzantine emperors, Holy Roman emperors, Polish, Norwegian, Danish, Hungarian, French, English royal families, and others. Prince Yaroslav is a significant figure in our history.
