The cut and ornamentation are reproduced from a museum sample from the Poltava region, Mirgorod district (Poltava region), early 20th century. The “Mirgorod flower” has retained the imitation of hand embroidery, with threads of the same colors as on the century-old sample: bright yellow and rich red.
