Description

A women’s embroidered shirt from the ‘Svitanok’ family collection.

The pattern is reproduced from a shirt from the village of Troieshchyna in the Brovary district of the Kyiv region. Date of creation of the shirt: 20th century.

The sleeves of the embroidered shirt feature stylised embroidered flowers and tree branches combined with geometric compositions. The collar is decorated with tassels.

The pattern for recreating the embroidery was provided by the National Museum of Architecture and Life of Ukraine.
