Green ethnic velvet vest “Nadsyannya”

A cropped sleeveless top that speaks the language of nobility. The bodice combines so many special details: natural cotton velvet in a noble green color, floral lining, metal gold buttons in the shape of flowers, yellow accent stitches, and petals around the edges.

It is dense and holds its shape perfectly. It fits snugly along the back, and the “legs” flare out from the waist area.

The bodice with legs is a reproduction from the “Vidkryta Skrynia” museum, origin: Lviv region, Yavoriv district, village of Staryi Yar (Nadsyannya). 1920s–1930s.
